Who I Am

I've spent 15+ years as a leader and 5+ years coaching emerging leaders. I've been in the trenches, promoted too fast, expected to know things I didn't, making mistakes I learned from, and figuring out what actually works.

I started The Adaptive Edge because I watched too many smart, capable people struggle as new managers. They had potential but no framework. They had good intentions but no structure. They wanted to do it right but weren't sure what "right" looked like.
